About Kendo Cards

Not a factory. Not a platform. A craftsman's workshop where physical identity meets cryptographic proof.

The Philosophy

Most storefronts are vending machines. You put money in, product comes out. Nobody designs the transaction itself. They just build the mechanism.

Kendo Cards does it differently. We hold court with the transaction process. Every order is a ceremony: your identity enters our system, a proof anchor is forged, a card is printed and programmed, and what arrives in your hands is not just plastic — it's a physical proof object with a cryptographic chain back to the moment you ordered it.

The name comes from the Japanese martial art of the sword — 剣道. In kendo, every strike is both technique and philosophy. Every card we print follows the same discipline: precision in craft, intention in design, proof in every layer.

The Technology

Evolis Primacy 2

Professional card printer. Full-colour YMCKO on CR80 PVC cards. Gloss overlay. Edge-to-edge printing. The same machine used by banks and government agencies.

NFC Programming

MIFARE DESFire EV2 and NTAG 424 DNA chips. Each card gets a unique identity, wallet address, and proof anchor written to its NFC memory sectors.

Kronos Proof Chain

Every card links to our proof server. SHA-256 hashes, Ed25519 signatures, timestamped records. When you tap the card, you can verify its entire history.

KendoSoil Infrastructure

Two servers across two continents. London runs hot processing. Amsterdam runs the Keeper — the registry of all nodes in the Kronos ecosystem.

The Process

Order

You place an order at kendocards.com. A proof anchor is generated — a cryptographic hash of the order data, linking your purchase to the Kronos chain.

Design

Your card design is prepared. Business packs get custom layouts. Collector cards are unique art from our design pipeline. Creator packs get full consultation.

Print

Cards are printed one by one on the Evolis Primacy 2. Full-colour, gloss finish, CR80 standard. Quality-checked under inspection lighting.

Program

Each card's NFC chip is programmed with its unique Kronos ID, proof anchor, and identity data. The card becomes a living proof object.

Ship

Cards are packed with a proof receipt and shipped. When they arrive, you can tap and verify — the proof chain is live from the moment you ordered.

Behind the Cards

Kendo Cards is built and operated by one person. Every card is designed, printed, NFC-programmed, quality-checked, and shipped by hand. The infrastructure — servers, proof chains, payment systems — is all custom-built on the Kronos architecture.

This isn't a scale play. It's a proof-of-concept that became a product. Each card that ships proves the model works: physical identity, cryptographic proof, real commerce, real hands.

“The boots are on the mountain. The cards are in the printer. The proof chain is live.”
