Common Questions

How long does delivery take?

1-3 weeks depending on the product. Business Packs and Creator Packs require design approval before printing. Collector Cards ship within 1-2 weeks.

What NFC chips do you use?

MIFARE DESFire EV2 or NTAG 424 DNA, depending on the product tier. Both support tap-to-read on any NFC-enabled phone.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes — Business Packs and Creator Packs support custom designs. Upload your own or use our design themes (Neon, Minimalist, Surrealist, Traditional Japanese).

What is a proof anchor?

A SHA-256 cryptographic hash that links your physical card to a record in our Kronos proof chain. When you tap the card, you can verify it's real and see its complete provenance.
